Selling on Amazon is a privilege and not a right. As an Amazon seller it is important that you know the rules of the game so you can steer clear of trouble.
In this episode I will uncover 5 different ways that you can get your Amazon FBA account suspended.
5 WAYS TO GET ACCOUNT SUSPENDED:
- HAVING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ensure you take care of customer issues right away as Amazon tracks how quick you respond to customer issues.
- Always go above and beyond when taking care of a customer. Return and refund purchases as needed.
- Don't argue with the customer or accuse them of anything. Let the customer win.

- HAVING MORE THAN ONE AMAZON SELLERS ACCOUNT
- You need permission from Amazon to have a second account.
- Be careful of family members in your household that also have Amazon sellers accounts.
- MANIPULATION REVIEWS
- Giveaways and product launches are ok but you must keep them to a reasonable level.
- Ongoing and excessive giveaways are a bad idea.
- Paying someone directly to leave a review is a bad idea.
- If someone uses a promo code and wants to leave a review they must leave a review disclaimer
- Organic reviews are the best and can be easily obtained from using SalesBacker.
- POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS
- High return rates on your products can be a cause for concern
- Check the returns report weekly and address any issues
- Don't deceive buyers on your product listing
- Have high quality products
